Refund & Returns Policy – JS Defence 

At JS Defence, we are committed to delivering high-quality defence and tactical products such as Army Shoes, Drone Ghillie Suits, and related equipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy is designed to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged or defective on delivery

• You received the wrong item

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The item is unused and in original condition

To be eligible, the product must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In original packaging

• With all tags, labels, and invoices intact

2. Return Request Timeframe

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or worn army shoes

• Customized or special-order defence gear

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Clearance / final sale items (if applicable)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email our support team with:

   • Order ID

   • Product name

   • Reason for return

   • Photos/videos (if damaged/defective)

2. Our team will review and approve the request.

3. Once approved, return shipping instructions will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after product inspection.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, you may request:

• Size replacement (for shoes)

• Product replacement (if defective/wrong item)

Replacements are subject to stock availability.

7. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item) → We bear shipping cost.

• If the return is customer-initiated → Customer bears return shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
